MARC POUNDS, CPA
Marc has over 20 years of experience in public accounting and more than 15 years in leadership. Marc has a diverse background in providing tax consulting and compliance services to individuals and closely-held businesses. Marc’s approach focuses on providing relevant and proactive tax advice and strives to give his clients a deep understanding of how strategies relate to their overall goals.
Marc earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Economics with an emphasis in Accounting from UC Santa Barbara.
In addition to his work experience, Marc has served 7 years as the Treasurer and board member for the Petaluma Health Center.
KELLY POUNDS
Kelly has over 10 years of experience in public accounting, primarily in tax compliance. Kelly’s experience also includes providing accounting, assurance and business advisory services and Sarbanes Oxley compliance. Kelly’s tax experience focuses on closely-held businesses and individuals.
Kelly earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Economics with an emphasis in Accounting from UC Santa Barbara.
In addition to her work experience, Kelly has served 10 years as a board member and volunteer for various local charitable organizations.
